With the upcoming Holiday season, we at Destiny on Purpose Ministries would love to help a struggling family that is encountering tough times. We need your help! Please take time to nominate a family you feel is worthy of this cause.

If you know of a family or a single mom with children who needs help, we ask that you please take a few minutes to fill out this form and nominate them here. Please explain the family’s situation so that we can better prepare for a meal to be delivered to them on November 20th 2019.
